I can’t log in with the details I’ve provided.

There can be a number of reasons why you may not be able to log in.

• Please ensure that you have registered first and have an account.
• If the details you are using are auto-filled or pasted, ensure there are no extra characters within each box, such as an extra space at the start or the end of the field.
• Internet history/cache may need to be reset - this can be done via the history tab within your browser, which can be found through the settings tab or via the keyboard shortcut CTRL + H.
