I can’t register with the details I’ve provided.

There can be a number of reasons why you may not be able to register,

  • The details on your account may have been entered incorrectly, these can be changed by calling the Contact Centre.
  • Your Internet history/cache may need to be reset - this can be done via the history tab within your browser, which can be found through the settings tab or via the keyboard shortcut CTRL + H.
  • Your account may need to be matched with previous policies/quotes on our system, this can only be done by calling the Contact Centre.
  • If the details you are using are auto-filled or pasted, ensure there are no extra characters within each box, such as an extra space at the start or the end of the field.
